“Matsumoto City Alps Park” is an integrated recreational facility on the hill viewing North Alps mountain range
in West and Utsukushigahara Highlands and Matsumoto City in East.

There are various spots such as observational platform, adventure playground for kids,
the Forest of small birds and small animals, and the Mountain and Nature Museum.

Among all, the 630m-long sliders, “Alps Dream Coaster, is the favorite for kids.

For cherry blossom viewing, early to mid-April is the best season, when Somei Yoshino,
Ooyamazakura and Yaezakura are in full bloom at the Sakura-no-mori.

“Matsumoto City Alps Park” is the place where you can spend a whole day with barbecue,
playing with nature and wild animals with your family.
