Bambio Illumination 2022 is being held at Bambio Plaza Park, located at the west exit of JR Nagaokakyo Station.
This year's event commemorates the 50th anniversary of Nagaokakyo City.
The word "Temari" has a meaning of celebrating a milestone, welcoming a new year, and "things will go well".
The art of light created by illumination and objects made of bamboo, a specialty of Nagaokakyo City, represents the celebration of the 50th anniversary and wishes for a peaceful 50 years to come.
