“Miura Jun: MY RELICS” exhibition

Jun Miura is an illustrator, cartoonist, essayist, and musician, who created the word “my boom” and
“yuru-chara” (mascot).
At his birthplace, Kyoto, his exhibition “Miura Jun:MY RELICS” is being held now.
His collection and creation, which he named as “my relic”, are the exhibits.
They would help you to get into Miura Jun’s unique world.
“Asahi Beer Oyamazaki Villa Museum of Art”, the exhibition venue, would also fascinate you.
The main building is a repaired construction built during Taisho and initial Showa period.
And the Underground Jewelry Box annex and the Dream Box annex were designed by Ando Tadao.                        Those beautiful buildings are worth a visit.
