Rankafu and Oyamazaki Villa
In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of Shotaro Kaga's death and the 90th anniversary of Nikka Whiskey, the Asahi Group Oyamazaki Villa Museum will hold " Rankafu and Oyamazaki Villa: Passionate Enthusiasm of a Man Who Lived in the Age of Great Osaka". The exhibition traces the footsteps of Shotaro Kaga, the industrialist who built Oyamazaki Villa, and introduces Oyamazaki Villa and the "Orchid Album" that he left to posterity. On permanent display are 83 woodblock prints, 14 color illustrations, and 7 monochromatic photographic illustrations that he supervised and produced using orchids as motifs. On some days, related events such as lectures and orchid exhibitions and sales are held, so please visit the official website (link: https://www.asahigroup-oyamazaki.com/exhibition/rankafu) for details. The beautiful garden and the more than 100-year-old architecture, which seems to blend in with the rich natural environment, welcome visitors.
